Excellent place to stay

Nice accommodations and a fun atmosphere for kids. we definitely made use of the hot tub and game room. The house was clean and the neighborhood was peaceful. Plenty of shopping and dining around so great location is overall.

It was a cute little place.. the pictures were very accurate.. the only reason I'm leaving a low rating is because a car pulled up in front of the house at 945am and watched us load up and leave the house. They said nothing and it made us feel incredibly uncomfortable...

Would stay again

House is perfect for a couples vacation or group of 4-6 comfortably. It’s decorated nicely and has great open floor plan in main area of house. I think owner needs to change/add a few things for ease of renters though. There was no directions on how to use hot tub and house thermostat. Figured out thermostat but had to Google how to get hot tub to heat up. Still didn’t get it working or heated up hot enough to use it for 2 days into our rental which was frustrating since I picked this rental mainly for the private hot tub. Unfortunately it was in the 50’s when we vacationed in FL. Also, there is limited pots and pans. No cookie sheets or toaster. Actually bought a toaster and left it there for future renters. So if a renter wants to cook in, it’s difficult to do so with what’s there. Now that I know more about this property though I would stay again!
