Everything was clean, super convenient, sheets and pillows were fluffy and felt like we were the first ones using them. Only the remote to the tv was little bit funky but other than that everything was great!

A Very Special Place
This was a surprise Christmas trip for my 86 year old mom. She absolutely fell in love with this cabin. It is so warm and welcoming. It was nicely decorated for Christmas which was an unexpected treat. The cabin is clean and fully stocked with necessities. It is nestled amongst tall pines. The location is just lovely. We will definitely be back.

Great place for multiple families and kids
This home was well located near Lake Arrowhead village and other attractions. The home overall was very nice; the games and arcade were a big plus and it was well-furnished. The bedrooms are separated by 3 different floors which makes it well-suited for multiple families. The ambience and decor is very welcoming and comfortable. We liked the fireplace. There were a few minor details that need tending to (blinds need to be replaced, lack of mugs, etc) but overall we would consider staying here again if we came back to Lake Arrowhead area.

Cozy cabin to be in during snow storm
Beautiful home, comfortable for big groups, unfortunately, My Family and I did not get to enjoy the town due to the snowstorm during February 5-9. DON'T attempt to go up Wabash Lane if your vehicle is not 4x4 and has good-quality snow chains. I own a medium size SUV and the brake lines got damaged going up Wabash lane, My family and I would’ve enjoyed this beautiful cabin more if it wasn’t for the weather and car damages.

We were looking forward to staying here but after not responding to our message with questions about our stay they cancelled on us 5 days before our trip saying they had mistakenly double booked it. This was after sitting on our money for 2 months.

Nice but not very clean
Over all are stay in the house good. Easy check in and checkout process. The house had plenty of space. When we checked in the floors were still dirty. The one down stairs bedroom curtains were all broke so we had to put paper on the windows to keep the morning light out. The dishwasher was not washed from the people before us so there was dirty dishes in it. When we were leaving we went to put the laundry in but the washer and dryer were already full. The only other thing is if it snows which it did when we were there. You need a 4x4 car with chains to get in and out of the driveway.

House was perfect rooms in different levels great for families and privacy. House was just as advertised and lots of sitting areas to hang out and enjoy nature . Kitchen and bathroom fully stocked which was nice for a homey feel . Down side, no fault of the property was that there was a power outage throughout village due to nearby fire on Saturday from 4pm thru 3 am. Pretty much all day. There’s battery operated lanterns provided which is great for power outage, but when we went to turn them on there were no working batteries ..bummer! That should be something to keep up with by rental company for an emergency situation moving forward.. There’s a gas operated fire pit out side (which we thought would be great for some type of light since no batteries for lanterns) but when we went to use gas containers were both empty double bummer! I guess that’ll be up to renters to fill up but at the moment in pitch black with no batteries it would been nice to have as an alternative.. left doors open for fresh air since no ac/power outage and a freaken bat flew in and freaked everyone out! As a suggestion Screen doors would have helped in that situation. Quiet eventful stay but natural disasters are unpredictable.. no digs on rental company besides the fact that there were no batteries available for lanterns
