Great Host/Great Place

We stay in New Smyrna every year and this was our first time at Point East. The complex as a whole has a great pool/community area and is kept up very well. The room was nice, clean and exactly what we expected. The owner was very communicative and gave advice of places to visit and things to see in the area. Overall this was a fantastic stay!

Book the condo!

This is our second time staying at point east and I have nothing but positive things to say. Starting with the property manager Lori. She was incredible from the moment I booked the condo. Always available and easy to get in touch with. The condo was beautiful and clean! And as for point east it’s laid back go with the flow which I love. We have 3 girls 5 and under, the bottom floor unit was perfect and easy access to the pool and beach. My girls also loved playing in the grass area every morning and evening! 10/10 recommend! We will be back!

The host, Lori, was very responsive and answered all of our questions. She went above and beyond sending us loads of info about the area, events and amenities. The condo was spacious, lots of storage and had everything we needed. The location of the property is perfect, right on the beach!
