PLEASE DO NOT WASH our towels or linens. If you need them washed, or need more, please contact us and we'll take care of it. Wash your dishes before you go and wipe up any spills or crumbs.
Take out any garbage/recycling to the bins outside the back door.

We traveled to Sioux Center for Dordt University Football Senior Day. Two parents, a sister and two grandmothers had a delightful stay in a beautiful historic house. We enjoyed the stay!

Perfect stay!

I can't say enough good things about this property - the spacious kitchen was well-stocked with anything you could need to cook or bake (we used the space for making food for my daughter's wedding reception and to have a small brunch), so much character in the decor - loved looking at all the artwork, washer and dryer were convenient and stocked with detergent. Super cute and fun and we all loved it!

Lovely old Victorian

The property was clean and well stocked with lots of amenities. Plenty of room for the eight members in our party. Rooms were very roomy and well supplied with plenty of towels and anything one needed. Would recommend this home.

Great Place for a Tea Party!

The entire house was beautifully restored, tastefully decorated and had many period furnishings. We stayed here for our annual Girls Getaway. It is conveniently located one hour away from Spencer, Sioux Falls and Sioux City, and we were able to make day trips to different locations. One of the days we planned to have a tea party at the house, and although we brought many of our serving dishes with us, we were happy to find quality serving dishes available and used some of those too. The ambience of the house helped to make the afternoon tea party a great success! Jason was very accommodating with our special requests, which we really appreciated. What wonderful space to be able to stay and enjoy!
