This spacious condo right at the base of lift 7 is perfect for a ski in-ski out vacation for 2. The condo was stocked with necessities and felt like home.
This was a great spot to experience Telluride. Great location just steps from the lift. An easy walk, just a few blocks from downtown. Condo was clean and had all the amenities. It was all good.
The room was clean. However, when spending 600 per night, I find it completely unacceptable to ask guests to complete chores before leaving. Remove the trash yourself, or remove the fees and I'll just take care of it myself!

Hi Robert, the housekeeping fee covers much more than removing the trash. Truly, it is one thing on the list, and if guests don't feel like doing it, we do not care. The other items on the checkout list are all for your benefit, such as ensuring you do not leave any items behind and signing out of any streaming platforms you may have signed into. Leaving a three-star review seems a little harsh for a simple ask. We will review our checkout policy to ensure that no one in the future feels obligated. Safe travels!
Just steps from Telluride Lift #7, accommodations were outstanding. Note to less advanced skiers: this side of mountain is steeper and tougher than the Village side but it was an easy ski over there from top of Lift #7. We had to return on the gondola and ride the "Goose" back to condo.

Hi Jonathan! Thank you for the review. This cute little condo could not be in a better location. From your balcony, you can enjoy views of Lift 7!
Very well presented with everything you could need. Larger than I expected. Overlooked lift 7, the ski locker is 50 feet from it. Nice walk along the creek into town. Close to Siam and There restaurants which I highly recommend.
We had a great time in Telluride. The skiing was amazing. The property couldn’t have been more convenient to the lift and the restaurants. But the property needs more…the mattress MUST be replaced and the bed was nearly a frame with no head board, no support underneath (box springs or slats). I ended up sleeping on the floor. The mattresses were not even the same thickness…it was 2 extra long twins that make a king, but there was a lip between the 2 sides. The hot tub was very foamy and over treated so we only used it once and normally we hit the tub every night following a day of skiing. Overall we had most of the things we needed. But for the price it should be upgraded.
