Best of both worlds! 2 miles to the heart of downtown 25 miles to Wolf Creek Ski Area-
Very private and peaceful!
180 acre family horse ranch with a pristine view of the East range! Wake up surrounded by a valley that leads up to the mountains!
COZY passive solar strawbale home with a large central room and amazing brick patio that all share the view of the mountains and fields. Circular firepit on walled patio mirrors the living room with the wood stove! (Wood provided) Ceiling is tongue and groove Aspen and walls are hand plastered. Cabinets and furniture custom made or antigue. Lots of storage for coats etc.
Kitchen fully equipped with Kitchen Aid mixer, Large Instant Pot, Convection oven, Espresso machine, French press etc.
Tree fort with an old school metal slide up the hill out back.
