Not to mention being under an hour’s drive to Lake Tahoe, 75 minutes to Reno, and 30 minutes from the first ski resorts (Sugar Bowl, Soda Springs, Boreal Mountain, Royal George, Donner Ski ranch). All while having pleasurable weather year round, with temperatures typically hovering around 50-70 degrees fahrenheit in the winter time.
