Easy living in the heart of the Paradise Valley in trendy/idyllic Scottsdale village. Just minutes away from restaurants, bars, shopping centers and outlets, and several public golf courses. A short walk takes you to the grocery store and CVS. House has pool, pergola and patio for all-day outdoor entertainment and is fully equipped for entertaining for small dinner parties and bbq’s. 2 car attached garage. Find a playground and play space right across the street with views from the living room to scenic Sonrisa Park.
