The Space:
The complex is made up of two buildings and over 20 units. While most units are single-level, the townhome units on each corner are 2-story. There is a large pool between the two buildings. The condominium has an upgraded security camera system, but the East End is a safe corner of Galveston Island.
The interior of this 2-story townhome is designed to be spacious, comfortable, and clean. There is access to the pool area through the back porch, and the unit's windows provide considerable natural light. Besides the gated front porch and gated back porch, there is also a 2nd floor balcony on this unit.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the pool area. 2 assigned covered parking spots are within feet from the front door.
The Neighborhood:
The townhome is located on Ferry Road, which is the road that leads to the Galveston Ferry Terminal. The neighborhood is where many of the students and faculty for the UTMB medical center live. It also supports the US Coast Guard, Army Corps of Engineers, and US Marine Corps offices in the area.

The Unit has TWO covered parking spots in front of the townhome. There is plenty of additional free parking within feet of the Unit's carport.
