Adorable, cozy, quaint little get away right on the water. Bright clean happy vibes! 5 minutes from the beach & literally on an island of it's own with spectacular water views! Great for taking walks, riding bikes as well as Tennis & Pickle Ball courts available. Swimming Pools available during summer season. Night life and great dining with in minutes of walking and driving distance!
Fit's 4 person's comfortably, 6 person's maximum in or on property at any time. Additional fee of $95.00 per person for 5th or 6th person in or on property at any time.
You must be at least 25yrs of age to sign contract for booking.

A Beautiful house.Decor was Fabulous.Comfortable furniture And Beds..Paula was always available when I had a question.A very nice community. The Pool was nice also. We will be back!

Wonderful Vacation

My husband and I along with our 9 year old son had THE BEST long weekend getaway to this beautifully kept and decorated condo right on the marsh in Mallard Lakes. Views were stunning, activities were just down the road and everyone we encountered in the development was friendly and kind. We loved and took every advantage of the community pool during our stay. Paula was very responsive with all of our questions and we would 100% recommend this property to anyone. We would love to return for a longer stay the next time we travel to Delaware beaches!
