Fully remodeled! 2 King beds, 3 twins, + pull out couch will house your group for lake fun or the under 15 min drive to Eureka Springs.

Looking for more space? Calendar permitting, this can be booked with next door (same building) listing 2305445 to sleep 12 additional guests.

The loft provides additional hang out space for your group with an additional mounted TV and the pull out couch mentioned above.

There is a brand new in-unit washer/dryer for your convenience. The deck boasts beautiful lake views overlooking the peaceful meadow. Below the meadow you will find overflow boat parking should you need additional parking spaces outside of the two provided. BbQ grill with propane is also provided for your use.

Walk next door to the marina to rent a boat or pick up some snacks and drinks. Walk to multiple swimming beaches, or over to the food truck for a wonderful meal.

Close to Leatherwood walking trail which is a serene, paved path.

Wow! This place has it all. Close to town, nicest host, and all the amenities you could ask for! It was beautiful, cozy and the beds were super comfy! We stayed here to attend The Passion Play and fell in love with this condo. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the patio, drinking coffee and watching the boats on the lake. What a peaceful and relaxing setting!

The condo was nice and comfortable. We were at a family reunion that was using the “Barn” for the weekend. We were close to the Barn, the Marina, golfing, and restaurant! Easy drive to Eureka Springs. Overall great stay!

Excellent stay in Holiday Island!

We came for a girls trip and we couldn’t have been more impressed with our stay. The house was very clean and the view is gorgeous. It was a short drive into Eureka, but far enough out of town that we were able to relax. All four of us would recommend this property to friends and family!

Fun Family Vacation

Melissa was so great to communicate with! We are from out of state and I had several questions in which she always responded too in a timely manor! The view from the back deck was so relaxing! There were several enterances to the lake that were close! 10/10 recommend!

Why they chose this property

Our family has been coming to Table Rock Lake for over 40 years. We were very excited to find a lake front property on the west side of the lake right next to Holiday Island marina! We completely gutted and remodeled this unit, and are so proud of how it turned out. You can expect a wonderful stay, and we are excited to host you!

What makes this property unique

We also own VRBO listing #2305445, in the same building. Unit 2305445 is 3 bed/2 bath and can sleep 12 guests. Between these 2 units, you can sleep 20 very comfortably. Perfect for a reunion and larger groups.

Clear and calm water provide a great opportunity for water sports or just floating in the lake enjoying a cold drink! Lots of green space for kids or yard games. Walk to the water to swim, paddle board or fish.
