This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit offers 1 King bed, 2 Doubles, & Sleeper Sofa to comfortably sleep 8 guests. Updated furnishings include sectional sofa (with chaise) and dining table seating 6-8 (with optional leaf) and upholstered bench (great for kid seating!) One of the most unique features are the metallic finished porcelain tile floors throughout. Every detail has been thought out, even the remote control blinds for the glass sliders!

Capture beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living area, and have direct access to the balcony. The expansive balcony is tiled and perfect for entertaining, relaxing and outdoor dining. The living area is open to the dining area and kitchen which features a breakfast bar perfect for casual dining. The kitchen has been fully remodeled with thick granite countertops and breakfast bar, top of the line stainless steel appliances, including a Keurig (hot or iced) to start your day!. Our unit also offers a full size washer & dryer! Every TV also has Roku devices, so set the kids up with their movie in the bedroom, and enjoy your choice out in the living room! There also is an optional privacy door in the hallway entrance separating the living area from the bedroom. Also great for putting the kids to bed early!

The master bedroom is Gulf front with moveable plantation shutters and direct access to the balcony. The master bedroom has convenient built-in drawers, two closets and flat screen TV. The stunning on-suite master bathroom features tile floors, colorful custom tiled shower and countertop for an artistic feel. Guest bedroom includes two double beds and features built-in shelving, two closets and flat screen TV and on-suite bathroom. Quiet property with private beach access

We visited March 19-24 and the property was pretty quiet. The apartment hade a beautiful view of the ocean and overlooked the pool. The elevator is located directly across the entry door so easily accessible for those that can’t do the stairs. Property is a close drive to all things on the emerald coast. The apartment has newer appliances and an ice maker which was a nice perk! Beach was easily accessible and there is a beach service for chairs you can pay extra for. The only downside tonight stay was we weren’t told prior to check in that their washer and dryer didn’t work and they were waiting for a replacement part to come in. The part came in the 3rd day we were there but the technician didn’t come back during our stay to fix. We are pending some sort of a refund from the rental company but haven’t heard anything from them since check out. Even so, I would still recommend this place to small families that would enjoy a peaceful property on the Emerald Coast!
