The pedestrian bridge over PCH and the direct community access to the walk/bike trail that tunnels under the highway make it easy. There are public park areas and trails to explore. Fast or slow, it`s your choice, your pace. Chill out on the sand and enjoy the beach or go on an adventure.
PARKING: Guests may park one car in the attached two-car garage. The owner leaves a car in the garage. There are additional open parking spots in the community.
Note: Climbing stairs is necessary to access the bedrooms and main living areas. Security cameras located outside of front door and in garage.
