Super communicative and helpful throughout my stay! The property is small but exactly as advertised and was perfect for me in a great location in the heart of Paris. I would recommend any solo traveler to stay here.

This place is EXTREMELY small. It is not a place to stay for more than a day or two. However, everything else about it was excellent. The host was incredibly responsive at every step. The location is amazing -- almost everything in the city is walkable. The street itself is fun and filled with incredible restaurants and cafes. If you're staying for a few days, this is a great spot.

Regarding the size, as clearly stated in the listing, the apartment offers 12 m² (129 sq ft) of living space, plus a 7 m² (75 sq ft) mezzanine dedicated exclusively to the sleeping area, where you cannot stand upright. As with many small apartments in central Paris, its compact size is also what allows us to offer such an attractive price.
