The house is lovely in a quiet neighborhood and we had a very pleasant stay. Howerver there were some issues that need addressing:- When exiting the shower no safety handrails were available, it was noticed that others had used the towel rails for support and these were very loose on walls. The light over main bath had faulty conection and would flicker briefly and then not work, some of the other electrical sockets also failed. Air conditioning was too powerful, was unable to alter or turn off had to get owner to adjust remotely.

Highland reserve Golf club community I chose my 3rd short term vacation home investment at highland reserve purchased this property in May of 2013. I love vacationing in Florida with my family and friends and enjoy accommodating others in my homes. I personally decorated and furnished this home with you, the guest, in mind.

This property is minutes away from Disney World, Lego Land, Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios, and all of Orlando's major theme parks. We are surrounded by championship golf courses and located less than a 40 minute drive from the Orlando International Airport. Easy access to major highways, including Interstate 4 ( I-4 ) located directly off US-27, Walmart, Super Target, and Publix Supermarkets located minutes away. Enjoy a wide range of dining and shopping within a mile from this home.
