There is so much to do whether you are inside or out. Choose your fun between the family room, game room, complete with pool table, video arcade games, ski ball, or multilevel exterior decking. The bottom deck takes you to an amazing ½ acre backyard where there is plenty of space for kids to play, run and connect with nature. Outside also features a sitting area near the hot tub which is great for any season!

The kids will love the play area while you enjoy the lake views from the hot tub. Inside, the open concept family room provides a true gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances and every necessity to feed the whole gang. There is plenty of space for dining & spending time together hanging out by the fireplace. There are numerous areas to entertain and enjoy yourself throughout this 3-story destination. You will find peace & serenity waiting for you in the generous Master Bedroom that delivers privacy, featuring new mattress, bedding, decor and a spa like en-suite that is just amazing!

There are 4 traditional bedrooms plus a giant bunk room which is also the kid's game room. This property checks so many boxes that it's impossible to fit everything into this description. The easily accessible location means no steep hills to climb yet you get to experience some of the very best views in all of Big Bear. All of this in an ideal central location with close access to dining, shopping, snow play & lake activities. Everything is at your fingertips. It's truly difficult to duplicate all that this special place has to offer! Book this amazing place while it's still available!

* Per city permit this home can accommodate up to 16 people, 10 Adults Maximum. The maximum for guests and adults CAN NOT be exceeded at any given time.
* Parking Details:
Max of 4 cars on-site. (Does have garage access) The driveway has a slight dip that might not be suitable for a lowered vehicle. Please be cautious, as we are not responsible for any damages.
* This home IS NOT PET FRIENDLY!
If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without SoCal Vacations' approval:
There is a fine of $500 per pet.

The same way you are expecting us to answer all your questions, concerns and help you out with any issue you might have in a timely manner, we are expecting you to be respectful of the home and the rules. Most of these rules are enforced by city officers since they follow a code or regulation at a city level, some are just to keep the homes as perfect as we possibly can, believe me when I say, all I care is for my guests to have an amazing experience and for my owners to love our services, but for that, rules need to be respected on both sides.

- Face-to-face check-in is mandatory by the city code, we will check you in at our office, which is in the Village, it will be quick and easy I promise!
- Parking at homes is enforced by city officers, no more cars than allowed please, if so, let us know and we will figure something out for you.
- Max occupancy at the homes is enforced by us and the city, you cannot have more people than allowed, at any given time, please do not lie to us, that would just make it harder for you in the end.
- You must be respectful with neighbors, if you have music going on, it needs to be inside the home as low as you can talk with your family and friends without raising your voice, think no one should hear the music from the outside. Quiet hours are from 2100 until 0800.
- Most houses in Big Bear Lake do not have a/c, be aware of this, summer can be hot but at night with some windows open it gets super nice.
- Ants, our super friendly ants are an issue, not a cleaning problem, they are just around. If you leave food over the counter tops, table or sugar, you will have ants soon enough, you have to clean after each meal, not just for good practice, but to avoid them, we put traps, spray and all, but the little ones are fast and don't care about it.
- Taking the trash to the clean site is a city regulation, not mine. but if you have issues doing it, we can offer you a service who will charge you to do it for you, let us know.
- You must be at least 24 years old to book any of our homes. We are a family-oriented company and we do not allow parties at all. The city will enforce this heavily and so do we.

Lovely Home Perfect for Family
We thoroughly enjoyed this house and its location. It was perfect for hiking, getting to slopes, inter tubing and sledding. We loved all the space the house provided and the games and hot tub. My only complaint is when you spend thousands of dollars to rent a house, you expect adequate kitchen towels and hot mitts, extra bath towels and blankets, trash bags, Kleenex tissues, and more than 3 dish washer tablets. We had a party of 11 ( 6 adults and 5 children) and rented the house for 5 nights. So we definitely used the kitchen! Cooking for that size group dirties lots of dishes and so we often ran the dishwasher twice a day plus hand wash pots and pans. 2 dish towels and one oven mitt does not work when you are cooking for that many people. I feel the company supplying these items should have made sure there were adequate supplies for a 5 night stay. I will give the rental company credit for responding right away when I requested more of these items. The items they would not give us extra of were the bath towels and blankets. They have a one per person towel policy and they are firm on it.
