Large four bedroom , three full bathroom pool home. Computer and FREE wireless internet access.
Extra large pool deck, with large upgraded pool. Can be heated for $25 per day extra
2 master bedrooms with en-suite, both with king size beds and private access to pool area in each.
2 bed rooms equipped with 2 twin beds in twin bedrooms , one is Disney themed.
A games room and cable TV (has live premiership and champion league football.
Gated community with 24 hour gate guard, large fishing lake to boat or fish on.
3 minutes from local walmart and shopping stores.
Home sleeps 8 easy with three full bathrooms!!

Great Getaway

We had a lovely stay here at Happy Days Villa, everything was clean and in order upon our arrival. We had family visit and it was perfect, nice set up , pool and hot tub was enjoyed by adults and kids. The property management company was very responsive to 2 pool issues we had, which were fixed within the hour. We definitely would stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

The home was everything we hoped. Clean, comfortable, well equipped kitchen and outdoors with the pool and spa were fabulous. They even had floats and basketball for the pool. It was perfect relaxation and spending time with family!

2023 Xams Vacation

Was a wonder stay. Home clean and even a christmas tree during the season. Couple small issues but the owners where right on top of them and corrected immediately. We would stay again.

Wonderful stay in this villa

Our stay was very relaxing. the villa has everything you need for a vacation. The pool was great, with lighting at night we were able to end the day. the villa was clean and had all the amenities. there were even egg cups. We would and will definitely stay here again because we really liked everything. Thank you

Happy Days Vacay

The Villa was the perfect size for our family. There were ample sleeping and bathrooms. Pool was just right for swimming and my morning coffee. The kitchen had everything we needed. Overall we loved it. Location was midstate. We went on day trips to the Gulf and to the Atlantic. Great memories were made. Thank you.

Haines City home

The house was clean and well maintained. Kitchen lacks pots and pans big enough to cook for the 7 people staying at the house. The dishwasher did not drain out but we did notify the owner and she was sending a repairman. The location was perfect for what we needed and we thank the owners for allowing us to stay. We also were allowed to check in a few hours early which made meeting up with family in the area easier. All and all a great stay.
