Beautiful spacious 1 bedroom loft with high ceilings located in the heart of downtown Cleveland.
This is the prefect space for business travel, a romantic get a way, vacation, or a staycation. It is a home away from home with a fully functional kitchen with energy efficient appliances, 2 smart tv's located in bedroom and living room, WIFI, washer and dryer located in suite. The living room and bedroom has huge picture windows, where you can enjoy the view of the city. If you love to get cozy on chilly days next to the fire, you will love the natural gas fireplace. Parking is offsite at this time for the location.
You will have access to everything you love about city living. Most of your errands can be accomplished on foot but the city has a bus line located right outside your door, and a local train system located a few blocks away. Numerous coffee shops and restaurants are located on the block. If you decide to take a 2 minute walk you will see the glimmering lights from the theater district. Directly across the street is Cleveland State University, in the rear of the building is the Wolstein Center. It is a less than a 5 minute walk to Jack's Casino, Rocket Mortgage Field House, Progressive Field, Browns Stadium, House of Blues, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Science Center, The Aquarium.
