The main level features a fully stocked kitchen, a newly renovated full bath and an open dining/living area with fireplace and built in bookcases. Additional living space and a 2nd full bath located in the lower level accessed by wooden spiral staircase. Updates include RENOVATED main bathroom and replacement windows. Other amenities include smart TV, Stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers, hardwood floors, and washer and dryer on lower level. The spacious back yard features a patio, fire pit and outdoor shower. Eastham Spring Break

We had a lovely time at this Eastham home -- where daily we would choose a walking destination and explore the Cape. Everything in the home was perfect.

A cute gem

We loved the house! It’s in a quiet, tree lined neighborhood with very little traffic. The house is larger than it looks online. We were in Eastham for a photography retreat with very little down time (loved Brewster Flats!)so we spent very little time except for breakfast, in the house. Coming home at night was wonderful!

Great location. Not the cleanest

Location was great. The place itself is darker and dingier than the photos show. The top Blankets had not been washed in some time, we washed ourselves. And there was a general mustiness to the entire place. The tv was not able to connect to internet throughout the stay. The location was perfect.

Great Property!!

Kids loved riding their bikes in the quiet neighborhood. Kitchen had everything we needed including spices! Only coffee pot was a French press which turned out to be a gem! We learned something new and now we are buying one for ourselves lol. Plenty of pillow selections which we were happy about - and the downstairs was a haven for the girls. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home! Hope to enjoy it again.

Just perfect!!

Everything was perfect. The house is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, not far from the nearest beach. Neighbors say hello when you go for a walk. The house itself is lovingly and mindfully outfitted with everything you need for the whole family. (It was only my husband and I staying, but we could see all the details that would make it family friendly, from the various bedrooms to games and puzzles, to the backyard.) The bookcase has all the books you might want to read, the kitchen has all the cookware and dishes you might need. The bathrooms are spacious, and the washer and dryer are super helpful to have. This property is so much more than a vacation cottage, it feels like a family home where you get to be guests. I can highly recommend staying here, and would love to come back in the future.
