After spending years vacationing in the cape this was a beautiful, updated and charming property! The house was conveniently located to multiple destinations….extremely close to Route 6, amazing proximity to Skaket Beach for amazing sunsets and surrounding town favorites in Chatham and Harwich Port! Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed for a week and could not have asked for a better location or a cleaner house! A mile from the beach, two minutes from the grocery store and thirty seconds from the rail trail and Hog Island Brewery, this is truly a great spot. It was also a breeze to get to the surrounding towns for exploring. My kids loved the bunk room, we all loved the outdoor shower and we realized we didn’t need to bring chairs and bikes as the garage was stocked! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay - don’t hesitate to book! We traveled as a family with three young children and found the layout and location of the house very suitable. The house was clean, had good sized bedrooms, the master bedroom was big enough for a pack n play/bassinet, it was tastefully decorated and uncluttered. The house was a mile from Skaket beach (as described) which is a blast for kid exploring and great for walking at low tide, a stone’s throw from the super market and Orleans is well positioned on the Cape to explore other towns.

Great location. Centrally located and within walking/biking distance to so many of our favorite places. Home had everything we needed. Tastefully decorated. Larger couch than what is featured in the photos. Accommodated the 6 of us perfectly. Home felt roomier than expected. Backyard space is a major plus with a beautiful deck and large grill. We even used the outdoor shower. Justin was very responsive, friendly and professional! Would highly recommend!

Our family loved this house! Charming exterior— Quintessential Cape Cod! It was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and hydrangeas in every room when we arrived. Plenty of room for 6 adults to hang out in the living room or the large deck and yard. We also enjoyed the smokeless fire pit many nights. And it really does live up to its name “1 Mile House”—bike path, Skaket Beach, shopping, ice cream, etc. Communication with our host from start to finish was fantastic. We would absolutely stay at this property again!

Overall the house was very nice. Clean and well equipped. Convenient location. Only feedback is that the grill was very dirty & greasy. Looks like it has not been cleaned in a long time. We did not use it. Some general home instructions when moving in would be helpful. For example, trash day, tv instructions, WiFi password. That said Justin was very responsive when we had question. Thanks.
