Brewster Mountain Retreat by Blueberry Pond

Enjoy the breeze on Brewster Mountain! Our custom-built post and beam house offers 3 bedrooms (2 queens, 1 twin plus a trundle bed) plus an upper loft with two twin beds - great for older kids. On the first floor, you will find the kitchen, dining, and ''great room'', a back pantry great for storing food items, and a sunroom that can house all the beach gear. There is a queen bedroom on this floor plus a full bathroom and washer/dryer. On the second floor, you will find a cozy TV area, 2 bedrooms, and another full bathroom. On the third floor, up the spiral staircase is the upper loft with so much character and two twin beds overlooking the trees - you feel like you are on top of the world.

The house sits within a secluded neighborhood of Brewster with access to a private neighborhood beach and pond, yet just steps away from the bike path so you can be at Linnell Landing Beach by bike within 10 minutes. You can wake up gently with the birds and a coffee on the deck, make pancakes in our well-appointed kitchen, then head out for the morning to the bay beaches, or hop in the car and be at Nauset beach on the ocean side within 15 minutes. Return home for lunch and siesta and then an easy walk to the pond for a refreshing swim/paddleboard/kayak.

Older kids will love to sleep in the upper loft attic, the play area will entrance younger children and the yard with much to explore and everyone will enjoy puzzles and games in the great room. With new beds and mattresses in the rooms, this is a great ''get away from it all'' house.

Our family greatly enjoyed this 3-story home and the open floor plan. The location was excellent as we could hop on the bike trail to get to swimming, the private pond, town, pickleball and tennis courts, restaurants and ice cream stores without driving. We come to Cape Cod most summers but have never explored Brewster and would definitely return. The wildlife seen off the deck and through the large windows is delightful. The beds are comfy. The third floor loft, however, is not for the faint of heart or those with bad knees as the stairs are quite narrow and steep. Cape Cod beaches are some of the bests.

Extremely private retreat with access to a private beach on Blueberry Pond and community access to the rail trail. Brewster offers access to 7 bayside beaches and a 10min drive to Nauset Beach in Orleans to see the sun rise or set.

We have installed a charging station for your EV, plus provide a fleet of bikes and boats for use in the pond. If you enjoy wildlife, fishing, and hiking, you will thoroughly enjoy your stay. The shade trees surrounding the tree-house-style house with lots of windows allow for the sea breezes to keep the house cool and comfortable.
