We are offering a 20% discount as we have just listed the house on AirBnB.

A spacious and quiet house with large families in mind. The house sits on 5 acres with a very large back and front yard, plenty of room for the kids to run around. Chill on the back deck while grilling on the propane grill (propane is provided). 2 very large spacious bedrooms (including 1 with a crib) and 3 slightly smaller bedrooms, 2 living rooms including one TV room with a fireplace, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with modern appliances, for optimal comfort. Washer and dryer is available for the guests to use as well. Wildlife routinely walks through the property for you to capture some great pictures. Visit one of the many ski resorts (Windham/ Hunter/ Belleayre, Plattekill) are just a 30-minute drive away. If you haven’t visited BearPen Sports Facility in Prattsville be sure to check it out. Weather permitting they offer ice skating, curling, fat biking, cross country skiing, and snow tubing. It’s only an 18 minute drive. There are numerous hiking trails in the area and excellent fishing at the Schoharie Reservoir and Schoharie Creek.

You will need to have a vehicle to get around up here.

Up to 2 dogs are allowed. A pet fee of $50/pet/stay is charged plus a pet cleaning fee of $75 per stay. They are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be cleaned up after outside.
Please leash walk them on the property and crate them if leaving them in the home alone.
No pet is to be left in the home alone unless crated.
This fee is paid directly as airbnb is not set up to charge per pet.

No groups under the age of 25. Absolutely no parties. No Confetti!
Check-Out Instructions

Interior:
□ Return all books and games to original locations
□ Make sure all kitchen appliances are switched off (i.e. stove)
□ Turn off all lights in all rooms
□ Remove sheets from used beds and put in 1 pile by washer. Leave comforters and pillows on the bed. Please don’t put them on the floor.
DO NOT REMOVE MATTRESS PROTECTORS
□ Place used towels in a pile on bathroom floor
□ Remove food from fridge and freezer. It should be empty when you leave.
□ Wash all dishes. If using the dishwasher make sure you run it before you leave.
□ Ensure you have packed all of your belongings phone/ipad/laptop/chargers etc.
□ Place garbage in the garbage cans. REFER TO HOUSE RULES FOR SPECIFICS!
□ Set all thermostats to 50°F in the winter months
□ Close and lock all windows and doors
Exterior:
□ Ensure gas to BBQ grill is set to OFF position and the propane tank is turned off and cover is on so the wind doesn’t blow it away
□ Dispose of all cigarette butts, bottle tops and litter from around the property

Damage/Breakages:
(We understand that things happen, but please let us know about it so we can replace/repair broken or damaged items before our next guests arrive)
Faulty Equipment or Appliances:
(Please advise us of any appliance or piece of equipment that is faulty)
