Casa del Norte is a secluded and relaxing two bedroom, two bath guest home tucked in the Del Norte Mountains. Enjoy amazing views and hiking on the 199 acres during the day and comfy king-sized beds at night. Wildlife abounds around this property and catching a glimpse of elk, mule deer, and javelina would not be uncommon.
This home features two bedrooms on either side of the home, each with their own en-suite bathroom. The living room and kitchen are centrally located and a balcony is right off the living room. Perfect for sitting and enjoying the beautiful sunrise while drinking your morning coffee. Without any light pollution, the stars are simply breathtaking.
Guests of Casa del Norte have access to the guest home and the trails around the property. The main residence is about a quarter of a mile up the road, but not in the line of sight of the guest home. Guests will have complete privacy. Please steer clear of the main residence and the barn while at the property.
We highly encourage you to hike up the rock garden and enjoy the sunset during your stay.

This area features part of the natural landscape which can be prickly and poky. Be sure to wear appropriate clothing and shoes while hiking. Also, please watch for snakes, this is their home too.
There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room. While it is accessible to guests, wood is not provided.
There is not cell service, but there is wifi for you to make and receive calls.
We would like to encourage guests to take advantage of the beautiful scenery all around, relax and refresh. Therefore, there is no tv in the home. There are plenty of hiking trails for guests to enjoy around the property.
No pets, no parties or events. Only 4 person occupancy.
