About this property
El Pino - Walkable, quiet, comfortable, views
El Pino is Spanish for The Pine, chosen for the property's towering pine trees and that locals commonly refer the town as "the pine." The home's rustic décor features a Mexican/Southwestern theme with a focus on casual comfort, inside and out. El Pino is located in a family-friendly residential neighborhood on a quiet street at the base of Alpine's famous "A" mountain, a 10-minute walk to downtown Alpine.
Sleep soundly on high-quality mattresses in generous sized rooms. 300 mb/s broadband WiFi and a large smart TV provided. Well stocked kitchen and pantry. Central cooling & heating provided a high quality HVAC system. Outside are shaded seating areas and a Weber propane BBQ grill. Enjoy skyline views, sunsets and wildlife (deer, javelina, fox, etc.) from the front and back porches and at night gather around an outdoor fireplace for storytelling and stargazing. Powered by 100% renewable energy.
IMPORTANT: El Pino is located in a quiet neighborhood of retirees so it is NOT a party house. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 9 AM. Noncompliance will result in removal from the property. Please book elsewhere if this is a concern.
