Pura Vida - Coastal Getaway at Prominence on 30A

Pura Vida is an adorable cottage in the neighborhood of Prominence on 30A. Prominence is one of the most sought-after vacation destinations in 30A. This incredible neighborhood in Prominence features a community resort-style pool, easy access to shopping and dining, and minutes away from several beach access. After spending the day at the beach, guests can unwind on the patio and stream to music on free WIFI.
The space
Guests will feel at ease when staying at this coastal-designed home. The first floor of Pura Vida is perfectly structured for family gatherings. Outside, the screened-in front porch is complete with patio furniture to enjoy the morning sunshine. Inside, the inviting living room features a sectional sofa centered around a large flat-screen TV and coastal decor. The open floor plan allows for views into the kitchen and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything guests desire for cooking meals. In addition to stainless steel appliances, a crockpot and blender are available for use. The kitchen island doubles as a breakfast bar with four barstools. The custom stone breakfast bar is great for serving and then gathering around the dining room table to enjoy your meal. Additionally, a laundry room and powder room are found on this floor.

Pura Vida sleeps 10 guests and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Located on the first floor, the king suite is spacious and tranquil. This master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a large flat-screen TV, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite is incredibly spacious with bright porcelain marble from floor to ceiling. Shower off in the walk-in shower, or soak away your worries in the generously sized bathtub. Upstairs, two queen bedrooms and a bunk room await. The first queen bedroom boasts a walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The queen en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and a double sink vanity. Down the hall, the other queen suite features a flat-screen TV and a walk-in closet. Additional sleeping arrangements are found in the bunk room, with two sets of twin bunk beds. Furthermore, an additional bathroom is also found on this floor and features a shower/tub combo.
Guest access
There's plenty for guests to do near Pura Vida. From taking a dip in the pool, taking a ride on the complimentary bikes along the Timpoochee Trail, enjoying nearby shopping and restaurants, to hopping on the golf cart and making it a beach day. The beach will be your playground! Hit the beach to enjoy a day of fun in the sun with a standup paddleboard, or maybe something a little faster like a jet ski. With local attractions at your fingertips, adventure will never be out of reach, Pura Vida is pure fun!
