This luxury, modern, spacious vacation rental sleeps 13 and is ideal for big groups and families. The home is newly built and boasts new beds with memory foam mattresses, four LED Smart 4k HDTV’s (55" , 43", Two 40") with Cable TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. There’s A/C, high speed WiFi internet, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, washer, dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, 8-person dining table and kitchen island with barstools, . For families with little ones, there’s a Pack ‘n Play (portable crib), high chair and 2 strollers. Game room includes pool table, table tennis and Pac Man/ Street Fighter arcade games. We provide clean linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, and complementary coffee.

The house was fine as advertised and clean. The parking was ok the busy street made coming and going a bit tough at times. The games in the garage were a nice plus to have. Overall good place to stay.

Overall stay was great location not to nad but there were sketchy people around. It was easy access to all the places we wanted to visit and enough room for our entire group. Overall we had a blast. Did have aome minor issues with the house but the hosts were very responsive to our needs. They even got is an airfryer to use which worked out great for a quick breakfast before heading out.

The host was very responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay, which we appreciated. Check-in instructions were provided on the day of travel after I followed up to ask when they would be sent.The home was overall comfortable and we had a nice stay. A few minor issues came up during our visit: the property is located on a busy street, so traffic noise was noticeable—especially in the upstairs back room. The washer was not working, which meant I had to use a laundromat, and there was also a sewer odor in the restrooms.Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a responsive host, though a few small maintenance and convenience issues could be improved.

This house is spacious and very clean! We also enjoyed the game room and large living spaces. Plenty of beds to accommodate our group and the amount of bathrooms was also helpful. Lots of driveway space for our rental car and close to shopping areas. Our hosts were great and had quick responses to our questions. Would highly recommend this home.

Moving cars around in the driveway took some strategy. The neighborhood had some sketchy characters hanging out all day. We were grateful for the gate in the driveway. The games in the garage were appreciated. Getting water to turn hot and stay hot in the showers was a challenge. Grass hadn’t been mowed in quite a while. Plenty of places to sleep.

The property was very clean and tastefully decorated our stay was comfortable. The hot water tank was a challenge after five minutes. The shower went cold. There were no tips for the pool cues in the garage and in the picture there were two video games on property there was only one the ping-pong table was in good shape. The host was courteous and polite, and answered all of our questions other than the hot water issue, we had a comfortable stay as that the property again was very clean and tastefully appointed.
