Quiet neighborhood, perfect for KIDS.

The Space:
Fully Furnished, brand new and professionally decorated.
Dynamic floor plan, two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs and three bedrooms and three bathrooms upstairs, spacious living room, great open kitchen and private pool. Please be advised that our Pool is not heated. The Pool can be heated at your request. We ask your request must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to your arrival to assure water temperatures meet your satisfaction. There is an additional charge for this service,

Guest Access:
Easy access for all Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, Water Parks and supermarkets.

The Neighborhood:
Story Lake is the best Vacation Home community to stay :) easy access to all the parks, just few minutes away from the outlets, across the street from Publix, restaurants and more. Community features a resort style pool, gym and 24/7 security.

Communication was terrible. Wanted to book an additional night at the beginning of the trip. Did not respond so I called. Then had to message and call more till it was finally taken care of. Dishwasher was gushing water all over the kitchen floor. Nothing was done about it despite messaging. Found some hairs in the shower when we checked in. Missing lights beside beds were inconvenient at bedtime. This property is not managed by the owner but a rental property management company. I would be upset if I was the owner.

Customer service received by the property manager was TERRIBLE. I've stayed at Storey Lake multiple times and it's beginning to be the trend here, basically herding cattle! Upon arrival the internet did not work and the family living tv was not usable. My husband spent hours trying to get it to work and could not. We contacted property management and were asked to be at the property during a set window of time to wait for Spectrum to come and fix the internet ON OUR VACATION! I don't think so. Nothing was done to address the television issue or internet our entire stay. The AC filters were caked black and were long overdue for replacement. When ask for a discounted rate I was basically told sorry about your luck! We will be finding other places in the area that VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE from now on.
