This home IS the vacation.

We are frequent VRBO renters and this home makes our short list for all-time favorites. Beautiful setting, well-appointed kitchen for people who like to cook. Comfortable beds, great water pressure, immaculately maintained property - inside and out. Conveniently located for golf, biking, all the things in NWA, but honestly, once we checked in, there was no need to leave - everything we needed was right there for a lovely long weekend at the lake.

An enjoyable stay

The house has lovely views and nice amenities to enjoy the lake. We enjoyed the screened porch overlooking the quiet cove of the lake. Of note for anyone with mobility challenges, the walkway to the lake from the house is paved, but steeper than it seemed in photos. The property manager was quick to respond and helpful to address any concerns. An enjoyable week spent in a very nice home!

We’ve never had a better experience with a house, host or owner. The home is beautiful with stellar views. Well stocked, great condition and so many amenities. The instructions are well thought out and the service even better! The coffee maker broke one morning and there was a brand new one at the door 38 minutes later! Thank you!!

Beautiful house

The house was spacious and beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked, we had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time jumping off the dock and swimming. The lake is very nice and calm and the water was clear. The dining room table was large and fits lots of people, and the furniture in the living room is very comfortable. We really enjoyed ourself at this house and would love to come back again in the future!

Wonderful!

This home was perfection! Spacious, clean, and well stocked. We spent time everyday at the dock, the kids loved jumping off the back and wading in from the stairs. Everyone loved the Kayaks. Home is on a quiet cove, lake water was clear, and properties are all immaculately maintained. The waterfall was beautiful. Would recommend a wagon for hauling things to and from the dock. We enjoyed smores around the fire pit. Perfect spot for a wonderful family escape! 10/10 would recommend!

Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a wonderful review, Ashley! We are thrilled to hear that you and your family had such a great time at Aspen Falls and enjoyed all the amenities. It warms our hearts to hear that the dock and kayaks were a hit with the kids and that everyone enjoyed the peaceful cove and clear lake water. It seems like you all enjoyed some great quality time! We take pride in maintaining our property and are delighted that it shows. We are glad to hear that you were able to enjoy the waterfall and the fire pit as well, I’m sure it provided you with some lovely evenings. We appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you back again soon! Thanks so very much!!

The accommodations exceeded our expectations! The house was clean, comfortable (we had 3 couples and having 3 king beds was ideal), fully equipped kitchen and grill (we cooked a few nights), and the view was stunning (we sat out on the deck morning and night and dined on the screened in porch). We rented a boat and made a convenient dock stop at the house to pick up snacks. The book provided helpful information regarding the house and local restaurants/attractions. The only issue we had was the front entry hallway shower did not get hot.

This home is amazing! Beautiful, well stocked, incredible access to the lake with all the fun of kayaks, paddle board, floating pad, life jackets, fishing from the dock. The waterfall feature is so pretty! We loved the views, dining in the screened porch, the incredible showers with all the features, the spacious & well stocked kitchen, the open floorplan, and on and on. Would stay here again, for sure!
