The space was perfect for us. They were very generous with the necessities plus lots of extra things you may need on a vacation in which you cook. It was great and we do hope to stay again. The dock was a great to spend the day on rafts, paddleboards and the included kayaks. The entire family enjoyed the stay immensely. Bill, our host was super!

It was such a wonderful stay! The house was incredibly well appointed and in such a peaceful location! The sunroom was a favorite for everyone, but the ping pong table and foosball table were also fun. If it had been a bit warmer, we'd have definitely tried out the kayaks too! And our wonderful host even greeted us with home baked chocolate chip cookies!

This has to be one of the better stays we have all had. The location was very convenient, the home was beautiful, very clean, so many spaces for us and our family and kids to use. The weather was rainy the whole trip and it was very nice to have such a great home to relax in together and save the trip.

This was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental house! Bill the owner was a great communicator and very responsive. And the fact that there were fresher baked chocolate chip cookies waiting for us was such a sweet surprise! The setting on the lake and all the trees were lovely too as were the multiple decks! We will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway for 2 families with young kids

Beautiful property and we absolutely loved our first time in Arkansas. The house was very well maintained and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including condiments which was an extra bonus. The kids loved the dock, kayaks and game room. Plenty of fun memories were made at the Treehouse!

Brilliant stay!

The perfect base camp for me and three friends to enjoy the MTB trails of Bella Vista & Bentonville. We could easily drive from the house or even better was the VERY short ride to the nearest trailhead. 100% recommend this location and I'll likely be staying here again for future visits.

Our stay at the Lakeside Treehouse was perfect! The house was so clean and easy to live in. Lots of deer, birds and chipmunks! The ping pong table in the garage was a hit with my kids! Would defray here again.

Great location for a large get together

We had a great time. House was well appointed and handled our large group admirably. The dock was fantastic, and where we spent most of our time watching the kids of all ages enjoy themselves. Highly recommend this propery.

Our second summer family reunion at the Lakeside Treehouse. Property was clean and well-maintained -- exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for the 6 adults and 7 kids. Most of our time was spent on the large dock playing, swimming and paddling in the lake. We will likely book a third stay soon.

Great stay!!

It’s what we had expected and more, the house was pretty big and very clean. The back area was perfect for relaxing with the firepit and it was pretty secluded too which is just what we were looking for. Bill the owner was helpful and treated us respectfully. No complaints from us at all 100% recommend.

Getaway

We took a little getaway with family. We had a great time!! It is pretty difficult getting down to the water as the walkway is very steep, but once you do get to it...its gorgeous!
