Convenient location

Perfect spot to stay for our weekend event. Townhome was clean. We used the place mainly to sleep, so I can't speak to the TV's or the kitchen. The beds slept well & there was plenty of hot water for showers. Amanda & Sabra were easy to work with.

this house was so comfortable! it had plenty of room and gave our pre-teen daughter a 'hang out space' in the basement. we travel to raleigh once or twice a year to see family and friends, this will be our first choice for future stays

A Very Comfortable Space

We were in town for a funeral so needed a comfortable space to spend time together. The location was convenient to everything, including the airport. The home was well stocked with linens and kitchen items. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean. I highly recommend this home for any reason you are in Raleigh.

We really enjoyed our stay in Raleigh. Communication, check in, check out and house rules were all easy and convenient. The house was a perfect size for our family of 4, with the extra space downstairs for my husband to work and the kids to play was excellent. Everything was clean and neat on arrival. Location was excellent. Highly recommend

Everything was as promised. Beds were very comfortable, and the unit was very clean. The unit came with just about everything you need. Close to downtown Raleigh and will definitely stay there again. Loved it.

The property is big. Furniture is basic but it is well equipped. We did not spend much time at the property but there are many townhomes in the subdivision.It ended up being too far from where we need to be but that was on us for not checking thoroughly.

Clean, spacious rental

We used this rental as a place to sleep for a visit with extended family over Christmas. The location was excellent, the property as advertised, and clean. There are extensive walking and cycling trails right across the street. If you plan on using the television, bring your streaming service passwords; there is no cable. We would gladly stay here again on future visits with our Raleigh relatives.

DreamVille Weekend

This was my first time visiting NC and omg what an amazing city and even better VRBO stay. I had an amazing time and the host was absolutely wonderful. Very prompt with the response time and even went out of the way to bring an extra key when we accidentally left ours inside. I will definitely try to re-book this same spot the next time I am in the city. You’re not only close to a major interstate, but always two malls and countless shops and restaurants. If I could give it a 10/10 I absolutely would! I will always highly recommend this VRBO and area. Book now !!!

Large house

I would like to start with that the townhouse is huge and is in a great neighborhood. It has three large bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 guest toilets. It even has a large second living room in the basement. It had plenty of towels and washer and dryers worked great. We messaged the owner several times to keep them updated on certain things but they only replied once. Which is ok, we just like to provide feedback throughout our stay. Over-all we had a good experience. The house had some minor issues, like broken diningroom chair (cracked) and trashcan lid. There also wasnt any coffee for us to use. The TV needed to be unplugged several times to stay on-line. The biggest issue was and we suggested that the owner gets the house sprayed. We killed three bugs (which we think were water cockroaches).
