This house was a great pick ! Good location in town right across from the Grand Canyon Brewery. It was nice to walk right across the street and enjoy food and drinks at the end of our day. We enjoyed our stay! The host responded quickly, house was clean, and the space overall was amazing.
The property was great. Clean and recently updated. Large kitchen. Only downsides were a really firm mattress in the master bedroom and close to the train tracks (noisy at night/early mornings).
This place was amazing. The house was equipped with everything we needed and was very spacious. There were 7 of us and we all had plenty of space. The kids loved the game room!!!The house is within walking distance to everything. We hardly used our cars at all.All 7 of us would highly recommend 400 North for your vacation in Williams!!!
700 N 7th was a perfect place to stay. Close to the Grand Canyon and Railway Hotel, Pet Resort and downtown. The house was immaculate, backyard yard was great for the dogs. Hosts were always available if we needed anything. We recommend this VRBO 100%.Stephanie Anderson
We loved our stay. Such an inviting home and walking distance or very short drive to all of the activities we did including polar express, coaster, and wine tasting.

We had an excellent stay at the property. The location is fantastic, short walk to the train station and brewery. Super confortable, great for families. Hair bands on the bathrooms😍😍😍😍
We really enjoyed our stay. The house is right next to the train station and a short walk to historic downtown Williams. And it is just a short drive to Bearizona. The games and back yard were great for our 3 year old and the adults had a great time as well. We really appreciated the pack and play and high chair so we didn't have to bring them with us.
You will not be disappointed! This stay was incredible! Lots of amazing little touches throughout and I loved all the Christmas decor. Perfect location and no complaints. We hope to book here again.
Had a 3 night stay and couldn't be more pleased. Easy checkin and checkout process. The house has a great floorplan with ample beds, bathrooms, and quaintly decorated. This property is in walking distance to everything! We will stay at the property again!
The property was very comfortable and nicely appointed with a lot of special touches. The property was as shown on photos and more. It was very comfortable and spacious for our party of six adults with each couple having their private bedroom and bathroom along with plenty of living/fun space to gather together.
