As you enter, you'll be greeted by an inviting open-concept living area, complete with stunning mountain views through large custom windows. The main level features a kitchen, guest bathroom, the master suite, a laundry room, a garage, and a private patio. The master suite has a Split-King adjustable base bed (made by Molecule).

Descend to the lower level and find a spacious game room, equipped with a multi-game table, a dartboard, comfortable bean bag chairs, and a full-size futon sofa. A Jack and Jill bathroom connects the game room to bedroom #6, while bedroom #5 offers a private bathroom and sliding glass doors leading to the backyard.

Upstairs, a cozy reading nook awaits, featuring a fully stocked bookshelf. The bunk room (#2) offers a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin-size top bunk, while bedroom #3 boasts a queen-size bed and a shared bathroom with bedroom #4. A "dorm" room with four separate twin beds and its own private half bathroom completes the upper level.

Enjoy the privacy and tranquility of this secluded mountain retreat. The only locked doors within the cabin are designed for storage and supplies, ensuring your complete comfort and privacy.

There is a barn on the property that is off limits to guests.

The smaller cabin on the property is unoccupied.

From the deck you can see the Polar Express and the Grand Canyon Express in the distance as they chug to and from their destinations. A fun game for kids and adults is to see if you can spot the house when coming back on the train.

Our private driveway is on a steep incline (382 yards long, 68ft rise). In winter, snow/ice may be present and is not always cleared immediately. You must have a 4WD or AWD vehicle to reach the house safely in winter.

Our space is located on 10 acres in a rural, forested area. Though we treat the interior and exterior to keep out pests including insects and mice, this is a reality of nature. Our space may not be a fit for those who are extremely phobic of these and other wildlife.

We welcome up to two dogs of any size or breed. The property is not fenced and we recommend keeping your pets on a leash or under close supervision to ensure their safety. A non-refundable pet fee of $50 per pet applies to the reservation.

For your peace of mind, the property features multiple external security cameras.

Nestled just outside the city limits of Williams, Arizona, this cabin offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Located approximately 12 minutes from town and a scenic 47-minute drive from the Grand Canyon gate, the cabin is accessible via a short dirt road off Highway 64.

This is a multi storey 3-floor property and the stairs do not have gates.

The coffee maker is a "Hamilton Beach 2-Way 12 Cup Programmable Drip Coffee Maker & Single Serve Machine."
