Welcome to Casita Bella! A 2 bed 2 bath luxury 6th floor condo in the iconic La Palapa building with southern facing large balcony (shaded in the afternoon and evening) on famous Los Muertos beach with great views of the southern part of Banderas Bay in Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic Zone.

Pamper yourself from the moment you arrive. La Palapa is directly on the beach. Open the giant patio doors and take in the views of Los Muertos Beach, Sierra Madre Mountains and charming Old Town. If you prefer, a heated rooftop pool awaits with sweeping vistas of sparkling Banderas Bay and the city’s landmark pier. When you are ready for a bite to eat or a refreshing beverage, world famous La Palapa Bar and Restaurant on the beach level is the perfect spot!

La Palapa is in the heart of Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic Zone. Walk the cobblestone streets to shops, restaurants, spas and clubs. You may never need a taxi or Uber but they are readily available.

Relax in a condo with subtle Mexican coastal design, locally handcrafted wooden furniture and artwork, updated kitchen and baths and air conditioning. You will have the convenience of hi speed wi-fi and Roku TV with US programming. If you prefer music, connect your mobile device to our sound system via Bluetooth.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung im alten Vallarta direkt am Strand mit einer grossartigen Aussicht. Alles ist fussläufig erreichbar, fantastischer Strandclub direkt im Haus. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wird auch jeden Tag gereinigt. Die beiden Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen lieben Dank an Charles und Robert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
