About this property

A cozy 5 bedroom villa located in Vilamoura, in a quiet residential area, just a 5 minute drive towards the centre. There is a local supermarket near the house and also a nice Indian Restaurant, as well as a sports centre.
The house is traditionally decorated , it has air conditioning throughout, and wi-fi available. it is very spacious and it has everything you need to feel at home on your family holidays.
As you walk in the front door, the entrance hall leads you to the ample living and dining room with a snooker table. The living area has access to the outdoor space with dining area with barbecue and a nice garden with a fantastic swimming pool.
On the ground floor you also have 2 en-suite double bedrooms, and 2 double bedrooms with a separate bathroom. On the same floor you have the fully equipped kitchen.
Upstairs you will find an extra bedroom en-suite.

Casa Rosa

Casa Rosa is a lovely villa and family home. We had a few issues during our first week. We were the first visitors this year and found the property cold and unaired. There is no internal heating in the lounge/dining area, so we were supplied with electric heaters to help warm up the villa. However the heaters inadvertently caused power outages and it took time to identify what causing the power problems. We also had big water leaks after a stormy night with rain water leaking through the roof into the lounge and bathroom, with water coming through light fittings and down the chimney. Again these problems were fixed but both the power outages and rain inside the property caused a lot of disruption. It was so challenging that we looked into moving to another property. However things got fixed and got better. Mickey and Silvia the professional hosts were excellent and did all they could to help us and solve the problems. Casa Rosa needs a little TLC and updating. Overall, we enjoyed the villa but the first week was a significant challenge. The second week was more enjoyable.
