This 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom house has everything you could possibly want: a hot tub, private pool, access to a dock with a one boat-slip! Option for 4-seater golf cart rental if available. HOA does not allow RVs or Sprinters within the subdivision. NO PETS.

The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. There's also an outdoor gas grill so you can barbecue whenever your heart desires.
