Each bedroom is equipped with a full-sized bed, dresser, and desk. Both living rooms have large smart TVs, seating for everyone, and stylish furnishings.

The neighborhood is very family-friendly. It is easy to walk to anything you might need downtown Cortland, the SUNY Cortland campus, or Pontillo's Pizzeria for a quick bite.

Great stay for summertime baseball tournaments

House was clean, beds were comfortable (better than most hotels). Simple basic Cortland hoise which was perfect for our travels to play in a baseball tournament at the Lumber Yard and Ithica. Host was easy to contact and had everything ready for us upon our arrival.

Senior Games Woman’s Volleyball Team

The house was just as described and fit our needs perfectly. It was close to Cortland State and downtown. The house was comfortable for all of us and was clean and well-equipped. The neighborhood had some worn down houses but was quiet and safe. The owner was very responsive to y questions and was very accommodating.

Great Cortland Spott

Everything was great and Calli was amazing! The outside is unassuming and doesn't do the space inside justice! We were in for a swim meet with 2 teenagers. There was ample space, 2 kitchens, wifi, and it was so cool despite the heat wave! Calli was amazing to work with! The neighborhood was nice and walkable.Highly recommend!

The host was excellent to work with. Very quick to respond to any inquiry I had. We had 6 people and the house fit our needs which was basically sleeping quarters for each one of us. The consensus was the beds were comfortable.

Perfect stay for baseball tournaments

If you want to save money on the over priced hotels in the area and are going for a baseball tournament….this is the spot. We had 4 adults and 4 teens (3 being baseball players). The property is clean and there are enough bedrooms for everyone! All the amenities are there for you and its location is perfect for everything in Cortland. The home owner is very accessible and quickly answers any questions you may have. Highly recommended!
