This fully furnished condo includes a sleeper sofa and flat screen TV’s in both the living area and bedroom.

400 Ocean Suites is a great choice for an updated accommodation in the heart of St Simons Island. Guests will have access to the outdoor swimming pool. Step out of your condo and walk or bike to restaurants in the Village, the St Simons fishing pier, Neptune Park, and the historic St Simons Lighthouse Museum.

Pool was pleasant, located in the center of the complex. The grill is a good size and easy to operate. The location was excellent, but still tucked away. Mattress could use an update and furniture is a bit worn. The building was very secure and nice. The building and village were very accommodating of pets!

Cute Condo Right in the Village!

Location was perfect for walking to and from shops, restaurants and the pier and a short drive to public beach access. Overall very clean and updated. Loved our time on SSI and would recommend GCR properties to friends and family!

Great Location on St. Simons

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Couldn't ask for better location on SSI! Walking distance to pier village and beach access. Condo was clean, comfortable and the king size bed was great. Would stay again and recommend to friends/family.

Nice and quiet

The only thing was bad there was know phone service. Had to go outside to make phone call and answer phone.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful visit in this condo. It was perfect for the two of us. Unfortunately, we had no wi-fi most of the week. The blinds were missing some slats. Everything was nice and clean. We enjoyed the pool right outside our door. We loved being so close to the village that we could walk everywhere. We would stay here again in the future.
