As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!

- This property is NOT suitable for children/infants.



- This property is NOT pet-friendly. This property does not accommodate pets due to the owner's being highly allergic. In the event we see a pet(s) present with you at the rental, you will be required to leave immediately without a refund. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not permitted. While the disclosure of a valid ADA-recognized Service Animal is not obligatory, it can assist us in ensuring a safer and more comfortable stay for everyone. We emphasize the importance of considering the owner's severe pet allergy, and if you have a Service Animal covered by Title III of the ADA, we kindly request that you allow us the opportunity to explore alternative properties and provide you other options/accommodations.

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
