Delightful freshly updated 2 bed/2.5 bath townhome is perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4-5. There is a full bathroom for each bedroom with tasteful beachy decor throughout. This end unit home is just steps to the private gated beach entrance. No busy roads to cross-just load up the beach cart and take a quick stroll to the stunning soft crystal sands of Crescent Beach. Crescent beach is quieter and less congested than the public beach of Siesta Key, yet close enough if you want to be in the middle of the action.

Close to Siesta Key Village as well as the restaurants and nightlife on the south end. Take the free Siesta Key Trolley up and down the key or use one of the many "free ride" services for all your island travel. Leave your car in the designated parking spot out front of the unit and never fight for the few spots available on the Key.

Christmas time get away

Very nice condo. It was clean and well stocked with plates, cups, pots and pans, towels etc. Although I would have liked liquid hand soap at each bathroom sink. Super easy check in. Communication with management company was excellent. Each and every person I spoke to or texted with were very pleasant and professional. Loved the short walking distance to beautiful Siesta Key beach. The condo had a cute little wagon with folding beach chairs for guests to wheel down to the beach. However, there were really nice beach chairs and chaise loungers stacked up at the entrance to the beach for guests to use. I enjoyed my daily walks on the beach, bird watching and viewing the amazing sunsets. Staying the first week of December allowed me to experience perfect sunny weather (upper 70's to 80 degrees daily). Crowds were way down, and Christmas shopping was so much fun in Siesta Key Village. Lots of yummy restaurants there too. Parking was somewhat of a challenge. Best to use the FREE trolley. Will definitely return!

Overall great experience

Pro: easy access and close to the private beach, comfortable beds, great AC, had a wagon and towels to utilize. Cons: there were random holes in the ceiling, sharing a patio with neighbors. My last con is the fact that they would not accommodate a late check out. We had a late flight and an early check out time. This was a bit of a hassle but still worth it. Overall it was a great experience and worth the amount of money it costed.

Ruined vacation

5 minutes after check in we got a text that said the roof will be repaired one day. It was roof reconstruction on several condos and it was Tuesday through Saturday( it would have been Monday too but it rained). Every morning roofers walking and pounding on the roof and heavy equipment right outside our door and in the back parking area. . We were told we couldn't use the outdoor umbrella table for our safety . So basically we couldn't be in or on the property. We save our hard earned money and look forward to a vacation all year for relaxation and for the money we paid , it is unacceptable that we would have to put up with this . There was no effort from the rental company to rectify. All they said is " sorry for the inconvenience, go use the beach or go shopping. and that it was out of their control. " this was not a repair , it was a planned roof job and the units should never have been rented out during this time. Zero effort was made to compensate us . They will say they are not liable for compensation but anyone who values customer service would have either not let it happen or provided compensation. Will never rent from this company again although the condo seemed ok. Broken door would not fully close even though they sent someone twice to fix and master bed not very comfortable. I wanted to like this place but it was really a terrible experience coming from someone who takes one vacation a year.
