The townhouse we stayed in was excellent. Steps to Siesta Key beach with 3 pools. Townhouse was well equipped with everything we needed. Beds were great too along with regular and beach towels and linens. Most of all very clean throughout. Enjoyed sitting out on the patio mornings and late afternoons. Great vacation getaway

This day was perfect. That’s what we needed. The pools were heated and very nice to use on the cooler days. The rental had all the amenities needed. Easy location to drive to and from places. People were encountered were friendly and nice to chat with.

Our family of 6 had a great stay. Rene was great to rent from. She was quick to respond to questions. Condo was very clean. FULLY stocked kitchen with nice kitchenware to make meals for a large family. My kids really enjoyed the large soft blankets to snuggle up on the couch. Towels, cooler, wagon, and beach umbrella all provided. The umbrella stroller was a lifesaver for our 1 day at Disney with a 2yo. We could truly tell that she cares that her guests have a great stay. She even brought us donuts! 10/10 would recommend and we will stay again.

The apartment is located in the heart of the Siesta key Beach. We enjoyed every single day of our stay between early promenades on the beach while the kids where still sleeping and long days on the white sand until the sunset.

Would have liked to have been able to use the balcony ( unfortunately under construction . Clean, close to the beach, nice pools. Needs ice maker and upstairs bathroom door doesn’t close all the way. Very nice place

Property was clean and has a great location. Needs some updating. Repair work being done (since Fall of 2022) on the upstairs balcony that impacts balcony and downstairs outdoor patio (this is listed in property info). Master bed very comfortable. Guest bed was lumpy. Overall a good stay for the price point.

Beautiful, clean, well equipped and comfortable place! Beds were comfy, plenty of lovely blankets, great patio! Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of bath and beach towels and chairs. A little disappointed we couldn’t access upper deck at first but didn’t impact us really at all. Thank you! Hope to be back!

It was awesome. Self check in. Very clean and all the comforts of home. Property as depicted in photos. Great pool steps from my door and 2 minute walk to the Ocean with a private beach. Had a minor maintenance issue and it was addressed immediately. Parking spot outside the door.

Siesta Key- Jamaican Royal stay

Owner keeps the unit clean. Location & proximity to pools and beach are excellent! Owner needs to finish the deck support so the master bedroom slider can be opened again. If steep stairs are an issue for you, probably not the best option. We got used to it after a couple days. Some windows are missing screens as well. Overall we had a nice stay, the unit has some nice updates, but needs some finishing touches.

Jamaica Royal PH3 Siesta Key Florida

The unit was not very clean when we arrived. They also have an ant infestation. We were not able to use the screened in porch because it is being held up by a brace. If this was my unit I wouldn't let anyone stay there until the porch is properly repaired. Huge safety issue. The property is beautiful but the unit was disappointing.

Sorry you did not find the unit to be to your satisfaction. We try our best to provide the best customer service but were not informed there were any issues during your stay. Our units are inspected before guest's arrival and if there was anything missed, we would have sent our cleaners back. Sugar ants are attracted to food left out and can be easily deterred with some traps. The posts were professionally installed and there isn't a safety issue. Our second time staying at Jamaica Royale, first time at this condo. Pros: Location! Location! Location! 1-2 minute walk to the large, private, beautiful white sand beach ~ of which is private to Jamaica Royale guests .... HUGE bonus! Many options for transportation all over the Key (they run on tips only)! Great beach decor in condo and great patio furniture! Alexa dot in the unit (lifesaver since we forgot to bring ours)! Keurig and regular coffee maker. Cons: The unit could use a really good deep clean to freshen it up and make it feel really clean. We weren't told about the upstairs deck being under repair, and a padlock was on the sliding doors, so that was a bummer; I'm assuming that due to the significant rain, cockroaches find their way in ... saw a couple in the downstairs bathroom; both bathrooms are super tight - and have no fans. It's a great place when considering the location and price!

Great location

Great location right by the pool and the beach. The unit also had beach chairs, beach towels, and some beach toys for the kids which was great. Would recommend buying extra paper towels, tp, laundry soap, and trash bags if you have 6 people - we ran out of all that was supplied. (There's a Publix nearby that delivers through Instacart which was great.) There's also not many bath towels and minimal space to hang them after using so we were doing laundry quite a bit even though I would have preferred to reuse towels. There is laundry in the unit but it's a very small machine. The unit could use some updating, for example there's some mold growing under one of the bathroom sink handles so even when it's clean it just looks gross. But, all considered, it was a great price for a unit so close to the beach. The patio area was really nice and we sat out there quite a bit. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the area.

Great Location within Jamaica Royale

The location was great. Parking was right outside the door in a covered area. There were several rainy days during our stay so the covered area was convenient. Our calls for assistance were answered by Ahn promptly and the maintenance man who came in to help with the dishwasher and TV was professional and competent. The biggest problem was the lack of access to fresh air in the master bedroom. The sliding glass doors were padlocked due to a deteriorating balcony which is a safety hazard. When renting this unit last year, it seemed the repairs would occur before we arrived. Unfortunately now it won’t be until sometime next year, If the weather is hot and AC is constant, this would not be a problem except that it restricts access to a possibly pleasant sitting area outdoors. Our February week had more chill than heat. Being so close to the Gulf and not being able to enjoy the fresh air was uncomfortable and frustrating. It is the #1 reason why we found another unit at Jamaica Royale for our return next year. This complex is well maintained, quiet and well situated. PH3 was clean but is dated and in need of renovation. The ground floor patio has wooden supports holding up the upstairs balcony but the patio furniture is the best in the whole complex. Really really nice. PH3 is on the shady side so in hot weather it is a plus. In cooler weather there is no sun to sit out in and to enjoy that nice patio furniture. Overall it served our purpose.
