The first home offers unique architecture from four shipping containers, something you won't find easily anywhere else. Admire beautiful Lake Hamilton views through floor-to-ceiling windows or from the luxury bathtub with a window overlooking the lake. There are two inviting living spaces, which means you all can hang out together or simply divide if you would rather watch an action movie while letting the youngsters enjoy one of the latest movies or series. The kitchen is gorgeous, with modern, stainless steel appliances and emerald green tile backsplash. Smart TVs allow you and your friends to stay up to date with your favorite series and the washer/dryer will make laundry a breeze.


Enjoy your coffee on the lower deck and margaritas on the upper deck while watching the sun rise and set. Or gather around the firepit under the starry night sky for a memorable storytelling time. A large lawn leads you to the boat slip with enough space for one boat.


The second home boasts two living spaces, each furnished with comfortable and inviting sofas. The main living space also features a smart TV with streaming services so you can curl up on the couches and stream your favorite movie or series. The kitchen is well-equipped and open, offering all needed appliances and counter space to prepare delicious homemade meals and treats for the crew. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer on-site and indoor and outdoor games. Here you will also enjoy outdoor living with an extensive first-floor deck with an excellent spot for alfresco dining, a screened second-floor porch with lake views and an outdoor dining area, and an attached balcony with plenty of seating.


THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 10 vehicles.

Security camera details: For the security of our guests and the safety of the home, we have external security cameras.

Dock details: Boat dock with safety railing. Low temp composite decking and eight folding cleats for four docking access points.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
