Located in a quiet community in East Mesa, you'll find all you need to settle right at home.

You'll love these two beautiful homes next door to each other. Each home offers three comfortable bedrooms, a master en-suite, walk-in showers, and closets plus 4 K-mounted smart TVs. The second full bathroom both have tub/shower combos and amenities needed for your stay. There is a doggie door in each location for your small to medium fury friends that leads to a fully fenced backyard where you can also bring out your competitive spirit and play lawn games.

Things to Note:
1. Owner may require an additional screening form
2. Must be 25 to book and the person booking must be in residence during the reservation.
3. Two small dogs or 1 medium to large shed-less dog breed allowed (Please inquire about pet fees, policy, and exceptions). Flat rates are available for longer stays of 2 weeks or more.
4. We maintain the highest level of cleanliness and air quality in the home and out of respect for future guests, we respectfully request that no smoking will occur in or on the premises. Even the smell of smoke inside the house will result in a fine.
5. 30-day plus rentals require a $1000 refundable security deposit and additional cleaning fee (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met.
6. Welcome to the Valley of the Sun. Native to the area are all types of critters (lizards, bugs, spiders, and so on) who call the desert of Arizona home. While the home is regularly treated to control these pests, seeing dead bugs doesn’t mean there is an infestation but that the treatment is working. The house is cleaned in preparation for your arrival but those trespassers sometimes die at inconvenient times. To ensure ants stay out please don't leave food or crumbs on counters or tables.
