Spacious Nice Modern Unit

Nice Spacious Modern Unit in quite are of 5th. Beautifully decorated & Close to many shops and a 5 min walk to the beach - Coco Reef. The rooms are spacious and the main living area is well designed with good lighting and good AC. Really nice roof top. Friendly responsive staff with Vacasa. There is an odor that can emanate from the rest rooms later in the day and we opened up the windows for ventilation. Overall it wasn’t too bad and we enjoyed our stay!! Beds were comfortable. The pool with ocean view is beautiful and I loved relaxing in the hot tub at night!! We would consider staying here again.

Nice and comfortable condo. 100% Recommended!

This huge condo is conveniently located 2 blocks from the beach and right on the 5th Ave. It has everything a family needs to spend a great vacation: full kitchen, 2 large bedrooms with bathrooms inside and an extra full bathroom in the living room. The balcony has a nice view to a main avenue. The building and surroundings are super secure and the cherry on top is the gorgeous rooftop just one floor up with a beautiful pool and large Jacuzzi and one of the best views in Playa del Carmen.

Apartment was nice and clean. But check in was chaotic, we had no parking when the announce said there’s one, communication with property was terrible… Took more than 24hours to get answers! No hot water and pipes stink
