Trouble in Paridise

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location, and did not mine the bar noise at night. Th condo did have plumbing issues with the kitchen floor drain flooding regularly. The management company "Playa Moments" is extremely difficult to work with if there is a problem. The owner of Playa Moments becomes angry when told there is a problem, and sends hostile emails. We left early due to her behavior. I would not trust this company.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nuestras primeras vacaciones con nuestra niña y fue maravilloso. A nuestra llegada, nuestra niña (2 años) recibió un juguete de peluche que la hizo muy feliz. Llegamos a las 7 am y pudimos registrarnos temprano, lo cual fue muy útil con un niño pequeño. El departamento era enorme y perfecto para una familia. El personal es increíblemente servicial y no podría ser más útil. Caminar a los centros comerciales estuvo muy bien. La piscina la disfrutamos también. Tuvimos unas maravillosas vacaciones en familia y sin duda volveremos pronto. Muy recomendable, muchas gracias por hacer que nuestra semana fuera tan brillante.
