Come enjoy Moonshadow --brand-new Patio Villa in the Village of DeLuna located at 4092 Grady Terrace.
All new furniture, linens and appliances are arriving in early December. Be the first guest to enjoy this quietly located villa that backs up to a tree filled nature area and large open space.
A quick golf cart ride will take you to the De Luna recreation center where you can enjoy many of the amenities The Villages has to offer. The Village of DeLuna is conveniently located near Paddock Square/Brownwood, and the newly built Sawgrass Grove.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you will need. Plenty of cabinet and counter space, 4 burner gas stove, refrigerator with water/ice in the door, dishwasher, built in microwave and utility closet with washer and gas dryer.
The master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed, dresser, matching nightstands with lamps, walk in shower, dual sinks and walk in closet.
The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstand with lamp, and good closet space. The second bathroom is adjacent to the guest room with a tub/shower combination.
Screened lanai has seating for 4 and smart tv.
1 car garage plus separate golf cart garage with utility sink.
NO smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
You agree upon booking to no parties, smoking/vaping or loud music.
The Villages is a 55+ community
