It features a fully furnished large living area with a wrap around porch overlooking the surrounding rainforest.  There is a fully equipped kitchen, 2 master suites with king size beds, 2 master bathrooms, 2 additional outdoor showers, a large covered parking area and a private outdoor pool. The home is conveniently located just minutes from the beautiful white sand beaches of Manuel Antonio and numerous shopping and dining options.

The rates will vary for larger groups - base rates apply for 1 or 2 guests, and there is an extra guest fee for the 3rd and 4th guest. Please inquire for available discounts for weekly stays or if you travel with 2 small children, then we may be able to adjust the extra guest fee for you.

House keys can be picked up at our office or will be left at the guard station if you arrive after 4pm.
