Best beaches

Love the property, and the location. The beach was amazing, and the property was centrally located for shopping and food in both directions. This was our favorite trip, and the house was great.

Beautiful place with a great price!

A beautiful place for our family. We could only stay one night and wish we could have stayed longer! Clean and stocked and a beautiful view. Thank you!

We will be back!

Condo was great. So clean and beds were so comfortable. Location was great and ample parking was provided. But best thing by far according to us is the close proximity to the beach! We will definitely be back again!

Highly recommend!

Landon By The Sea is a gem! Very clean, well stocked kitchen and spacious overall. You can’t beat the location. Parking is right at your front door. Walking distance to shops, ice cream, water sport rentals and restaurants. Townhome sits on a private beach so it’s only a few yards walk from your back patio to your beach chair. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Great Location

Great location right on the beach. Place was clean except for carpet going up stairs. All rooms were upstairs. Key car deactivated two times, we were able to have someone fix that with a call.

Hidden Beauty on the beach!

Hidden gem right on the beach. Yes, on the beach. I dont think its 30 steps before you're on the prettiest blue green sea. And clear too! Weather was nice. Breeze was lovely and the beach wasn't crowded at all for Memorial day weekend. I'd do it again in a heart beat. Highly recommend this place and Ocean Reef.

Room for improvement

The property needed a deep cleaning and a tune up. There was mold on the ceiling in the primary shower. There was dust buildup on multiple surfaces throughout the home. The carpet on the stairs and rugs on the lower level should be replaced/cleaned. The toilet seats need to be replaced. Then there were cockroach carcasses (this is not far fetched with a beach house on the Gulf.) The kitchen had most items needed to make a decent meal. The complimentary beach umbrella and chairs being automatically set up each day was nice. Easy check in and check out process.
