This property was spotless, very fun location! The owner was awesome and made himself totally available to us! You’re so close to everything in Cincinnati, concerts, local restaurants! I rented this for my Bride Tribe to have lots of room to get ready for the wedding. Worked out perfectly!!!

Great Stay!

We had an amazing stay! The house was very clean and had everything we could have needed. The dogs that were downstairs barked a lot but besides that everything was perfect!

I totally enjoyed my stay at this location. It was super cozy and comfortable. It also was very clean. I loved the old yet updated feel of this duplex. It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. It was only 20 minutes from my family’s house and I found it easy to navigate getting to different venues for my nephews wedding events over the weekend. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Overnight in Cinci

We came in for an event. The location was good, easy drive or Uber to downtown, and parking was easy! The Vrbo was very clean and Seth was very responsive to our messages.

Really nice place! Clean, roomy and the kitchen is nicely stocked with lots of stuff for cooking and a FULL-SIZE COFFEEMAKER! Neighborhood seemed safe and was happy to have a parking space in a garage. Owners were very responsive and there were no onerous cleaning requirements, which was nice. Would stay again.

I was disappointed based on previous reviews about cleanliness. There was a dirty was cloth left in bathroom. The sheets smelled like a wet dog. There was a lot of pet hair and floors were dirty. The bathroom sink does not drain. The hand rail for steps was broken. Nice area but needs some repairs and a good cleaning.

I have mixed views on this location. First and foremost, there was an enormous safety hazard at the top of the stairs with the rubber mat, I am not sure how it was missed. It's only a matter of time before someone is seriously injured or fatally injured, if not addressed. Secondly, the blinds at the front door needs to be replaced. In addition, the dust via ceiling fans, closets, etc., needs to be addressed. Additional Cons: The couch needs to be replaced, there were literally visible stains. The POC Seth was not very responsive. There was literally one maybe two hangers available. No Additional towels, washcloths, extra sheets, covers available. No Parking instructions were provided. Pros: Decent location Quiet neighborhood Athough old, it's a spacious apartments with a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Memory foam bed.
