Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set thermostat - AC to 75 in summer or heat to 65 in winter
Ensure the stove and oven are turned off
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest must sign rental agreement prior to stay. Security deposit of $500 required.
No Pets. No Parties. No Smoking. Maximum Occupancy of 11 guests (including adults & children).
Fee for late check out is $50/hr after 10am. Damage to home will result in loss of security deposit.
