We had a beautiful time at this place. TONS of wildlife. We saw dolphins, manatees, and had many visits from the resident birds. The house was well stocked, and it was such a convenient location to so many things to do. Hosts were very friendly, and even brought us gifts.

We had a great time at Fabienne and Gerold’s home. They were wonderful to speak with and had recommendations for everything that we needed. Plenty of games to play at the house, caught catfish off the dock and the views were gorgeous. Would stay again!

We rented the home for a bachelor party and it was perfect!! The views, the vibe, the atmosphere in the home. We kyacked and spent most of our time outside by the pool grilling, drinking and enjoying the amazing views of the water. Our host was very gracious and kind. Checked on us and was available for any questions we had. 10/10 recommend.

What a fabulous place!!! A group of Padre’s fans enjoyed the beautiful Casa Dolphina!! The house is fantastic and the pool, spa, dock and amenities are superb. Fabienne and Gerald are a great communicators and made the stay one of our best ever. Cannot say enough about how much all enjoyed the visit and place we stayed. Thanks for everything.

Words cannot describe this beautiful home. Exactly like the pictures, this is our second stay. Owners are immediately responsive to any questions. Do not hesitate to choose Casa Dolphina. There's a reason they have 10/10 on VRBO ratings!

Overall the place was great! Good location, we had a great time swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock. Was able to dock a boat for the week and the hosts were great in prividing different recommendations and places to go. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was the hosts were overly checking in. To one point the entered the back yard and then came in the house one morning without knocking or giving any warning while we were still in pj's and waking up. As much as their kindness was appreciated, multiple drop-ins for a week stay felt like too much when a text message could have sufficed.

We’re glad you enjoyed Casa Dolphina, the pool, fishing, dock, and having your pontoon docked here during your stay. We do want to clarify the impression that we repeatedly dropped in or entered the house without warning. We made one host visit during your entire week: our welcome visit at the pool area at 11:00 a.m., which was communicated to you by text in advance. Gerold was on the property one other time to perform routine outdoor spa maintenance, which he currently handles himself. While there, he handed a small gift for the group to a woman — a bottle of wine and some candy for the kids, simply meant as a nice surprise for your evening. At no time did either of us come into the home to check on you or your group. Any brief interaction Gerold had with someone from your party occurred only in connection with the spa maintenance and delivering the gift. We take our guests’ privacy very seriously and would never enter an occupied rental simply to “check in.” We’re glad you otherwise had a great stay and enjoyed Casa Dolphina and the recommendations we provided.

We stayed here with family of 12- ages 9-73! Had the best time in pool, fishing off dock, kayaking and watching sunsets! Lots to do in the area but kids loved hanging out at property ! From treading contests in the pool to cornhole tournaments- all had a blast! The hosts were the very best with great communication and special treats. ! Woukd stay again!JC July 2026

What wonderful hosts! Such a sweet experience getting to meet them. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and found it ideal for our family vacation. The house easily accommodated our family of 8. Dolphin sitings were a real treat as was fishing from the dock and kayaking over to Jack's island. We would definitely rent this property again!

Amazing place to stay! Loved seeing the dolphins and other sea creatures from the dock. Enjoyed fishing from the dock and kayaking to the nearby island. All the cooking supplies we needed and lots of great space for relaxing.

Our family had a very wonderful time. The grandkids absolutely loved the pool not to mention the adults also. Watching the dolphins swimming by just about everyday was an added bonus. All the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The host Fabienne and Gerold were very attentive to our needs, they really wanted us to have a very pleasant stay. I wood definitely book another vacation at Casa Dolphina.

I hardly know where to begin — our stay was absolutely incredible!-Communication was seamless, which made check‑in and check‑out effortless.-The views were truly unforgettable. Absolutely breathtaking.-The beds were extremely comfortable, many with stunning views right from the room.-We saw so much wildlife — dolphins, exotic birds, even manatees!-There was no shortage of things to do: a huge pool, a game room with a pool table, kayaks (you can paddle out to a little island!), and a relaxing hot tub.-The hosts were incredibly gracious and welcoming.We already miss it and hope we can return soon!

Our hosts were wonderful. They greeted us once we were settled and when we had a question about how to operate the hot tub, they came right over! The decor was eclectic and wonderful, the beds were comfortable and plentiful and there was so much t0 do on property (pool, hot tub, fishing, kayaks, board games, billiards etc..) that we didn’t feel the need to really go anywhere else!

Fabienne and Gerald are absolutely wonderful hosts for this beautiful property! The house was exactly as described, but better! Our children loved swimming in the pool during the day and we caught a large variety of fish directly off the dock including snappers, sheepshead, ladyfish, saltwater catfish, flounder, and even a couple of hammerhead sharks! We also loved our daily visits from dolphins, stingrays, and even a few manatees. Would highly recommend. 10/10.

The house was spacious, clean and well stocked. We were a group of 8 with one day (85th birthday party for my husband),we had 19 people. We had plenty of space. The pool,hot tub, Florida Room Cabanna areas all excellent. Our family fished every day off the dock and caught a variety of fish. The kayaks were taken out on excursions every day multiple times. Fabian and Gerold were very attentive and helpful. The surprised us with wonderful - delicious treats on multiple occasions. All I can say is Casa Dolphin was the perfect resort for our family and it was sad to leave. I’m sure we will return.
